This trip is a great combination of adventure and learning experiences. After a safety briefing we will take you kayaking on Rio La Estrella which offers a fine paddling experience for the first timer. Our sit-on-top double kayaks provide great stability to negotiate the Class I rapids of this scenic river, where you will be surrounded by canyon walls covered with Rainforest. The adventure goes on when we visit the Aviarios del Caribe Sloth Sanctuary with a recovery project that will give you a first hand learning experience about these amazing creatures; a lecture will be given followed by a interaction time with Buttercup and the other sloths.

7:00-7:30AM  Pick Up time depending on hotel location starting in Manzanillo

7:30 AM Drive to Penshurt with interesting information in route
 
8:15 AM Arrival at the River Put In, safety briefing and start the adventure

9:30 AM Fruit and snacks break at the prettiest beach on the river

10:00 AM End of kayaking segment and two minute drive to the Sloth Sanctuary

11:15 AM Finish activities and drive back
 
12:00 Noon Arrive at the hotel on time to shower before lunch on your own
